Release, Waiver, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement (“Release”):

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING.

By signing this Release and knowing these acts and in consideration of your accepting my entry to participate in THE BOTTONI PROJECT charity motorcycle ride (hereinafter called the “Event”) to be held on August 15, 2026 in St. Thomas, Ontario, Canada, I, intending to be legally bound, do hereby agree as follows:

1. I waive any and all claims that I, my heirs, next of kin or legal representatives have or may have in the future against The Bottoni Project, including their respective affiliates, officers, directors, trustees, agents, employees and representatives, successors and assigns, of and as a result of, arising out of, or in connection with, any aspect of my participation in the event.
2. I acknowledge that participating in a motorcycle ride is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter unless I am medically able and properly trained. I assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather and traffic, and all such risks being known and appreciated by me.
3. I hereby release The Bottoni Project parties from any loss, damage, expense (including attorney’s fees) or injury, to or involving my property or person (including death) that I may suffer during my participation in the Event, due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence, breach of contract or breach of any statutory or other duty of care on the part of any of The Bottoni Project parties notwithstanding that such loss, damage, expense or injury results from, arises out of or is connected with any vehicles operated as part of the Event or the conditions, qualifications, instructions, rules or procedures under which the Event is conducted.
4. I understand the Event is over a long and unsupervised route and that each driver and passenger will be solely responsible for determining whether road, weather or equipment conditions or other factors, all of which may change without warning, warrant a temporary or permanent withdrawal from the Event.
5. The Bottoni Project reserves the right to cancel or modify the Event at any time without liability on its part.
6. Driver participants are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all motor vehicle permit(s) and insurance and current valid driver’s license to operate a motorcycle required in any jurisdiction through which the Event route passes.
7. Each driver participant shall be solely responsible for knowing the “rules of the road” of each jurisdiction through which the Event route passes and shall be solely responsible for all traffic tickets they receive.
8. I understand that the Event reserves the right to use any and all participant’s names and/or likeness with regard to promotional and/or advertising materials.
9. This Release shall be governed by the laws of Ontario and any litigation relating to this Release or the Event shall be brought within Ontario.
10. I understand that all entry fees are non-refundable.
11. I acknowledge that I am not under the influence of alcohol or drugs while participating in today’s motorcycle ride (August 15, 2026).
